Gavin Hamilton
I’ve been tiling since 2006, and have had the privilege of meeting and working with many wonderful people. Over the years I’ve connected with many talented trades. I’ve been inspired by architects, designers and other artists. Now I’m exited with my latest development, pulling from my past years of experience to offer myself as a general contractor. My focus is offering complete bathroom renovations from design to finish.
1991 I moved with my parents Deb and Jim Hamilton to Saltspring Island. For a decade they operated the Mobile Market. I left the Island for opportunities not fond on the island. When I found myself at home it was in the Cowichan Vally. After a few years of driving all over Vancouver Island for work I was pulled back to SaltSpring. I’ve found a happy balance of living in Duncan where my wife and I raise our kids, and working most of the time on Saltspring island.

We loved having Gavin come to do our tile floor for a recent renovation. His price was fair, he always showed up on time or a few minutes early, got the job done promptly, and left us with a wonderful product. Would definitely recommend for any job. Not just the product, but the person. He was very professional. As I say to my wife when I like the way someone does business, he runs a tight ship. Tired of dealing with contractors who don’t seem to have their stuff together. Very happy with this experience. 10/10”
